Authorities have arrested a 47-year-old Utah man they say wanted to
kill police officers and blow up a police department with the hope it
would cause an uprising against the government.
The U.S.
Attorney's Office in Utah said in a statement late Friday that FBI
agents and police in Tremonton arrested John Huggins on Thursday.
FBI
Special Agent Steven Cadiz says in court documents that Huggins built
an improvised explosive device and possessed explosive materials and
instructions for making bombs.
